Recorded Statements are conducted either in person, telephonically or video recorded (new).  We can locate and speak with the claimant, the insured or any witnesses to an accident or incident.  A typed summary of the statement will be provided along with a digital recording of the statement.  Written Statements can be obtained in-person and the original hand written document will be provided directly to our client.

Recorded Video Statements (NEW!) are conducted online through a mobile app. Unlike traditional recorded statements which only provide an audio link of the statement, the Recorded Video Statements you too can see the interaction of your claimant during the statement.

All in person statements include a photograph of the person interviewed, a photograph of their ID, as well as a photograph of their vehicle and residence when applicable.
